HAMLITON-Overwhelmed with rats, the town of Hamilton contracted an exterminator. Like magic, the exterminator succeeded in removing the rats. When the town wouldn’t pay him in full citing an unfair contract, he removed something else: their children. “He just took her,” said Denise Scholl, 38, mother of one of the kidnapped children, “I don’t know why anyone would kidnap children because of a payment dispute.
